Wildflower Meadows
Wildflowers love to grow in the Cotswolds and give a superb display of summer colour. From the rich red of the poppy to the delicate blue of the cornflower, nature provides its own rainbow of colours.
Around 97% of traditional wildflower meadows have been lost in the last 100 years. We have around 4 acres dedicated to recreating these traditional flower meadows where we are nurturing species naturally found in the Cotswolds
Our meadows are a haven for wildlife and support a wide range of species including bees, butterflies and humming moths
Our wildflower meadows are also a great place for a picture, but please be careful not to trample on the flowers. The insects need them more than we do, we mow paths through the flowers so you can get the perfect picture without damaging the flowers.
